Frequently Asked Questions
I'm not techy, and honestly, marketing overwhelms me. Is this still for me?
Yes — this program was built for exactly this. We start with Soul (getting clear on you and your brand, no design degree required), move into Strategy (a clear plan, not a 9-step funnel), and finish with Systems (built step-by-step, with guidance the whole way). If you’ve felt overwhelmed by “doing it all,” this program exists to simplify things and actually walk you through the steps of building out each part of your online business.
If I already have a website, is this for me?
If you have a website that is underperforming (and many are), then yes, this program will help you audit your website and put key changes in place to turn it into a profitable one! Sometimes the easiest way to do this is to start a brand new one.
How long will it actually take to build a website and everything else?
The program was initially built to be done in 6 weeks. This is doable, but it will require a dedicated 10 hours per week and that you not get lost in the self-doubt weeds. Second guessing branding, website copy and how everything looks is the biggest roadblock I see with my clients. I’ll provide coaching around this, but just know if imposter syndrome raises its ugly head, or life gets in the way as it sometimes does, it will take longer than 6 weeks. Which is OK, because you can stay in the subscription container for as long as you need, or pause your subscription, if you know that you need to step away for a chunk of time.
Since switching to a subscription model, I’ve found it takes most people 3-4 months of the subscription to build out the key pieces, and some people stay longer for the support and monthly trainings/calls.
How long will I have access to the content?
You’ll have access to the course dashboard with the instructional content, the WhatsApp/email support, and the monthly call for as long as you are a paying subscriber to Your Profitable Website.
How is this different from just watching free content or YouTube tutorials?
Free content can teach you pieces — but it can’t tell you how those pieces fit together for your specific business, or hold you accountable to actually finish. In Your Profitable Website, we build your Soul, Strategy, and Systems in order, so nothing you create is disconnected from the rest. You finish with a working system, not just more open tabs and endless list of things you “should” be doing.
Do you have a refund policy?
I do not offer refunds, but you may cancel your subscription at any time. I’ll be real honest here: whenever I run have run programs with a refund policy before, the few people who have asked for a refund have said they wanted one because they “actually don’t have enough time” to do the work. Please take that into consideration before purchasing.
A note on platforms…
This program will focus on Squarespace for the website design tutorials. You can apply the theories in another builder, but the tutorials will feature Squarespace.
Email marketing tutorials will focus on Kit and Flodesk.
This is because these are the platforms that I find it easiest for people to DIY after years of working with clients on multiple platforms. I’ll also provide support for FGFunnels since it is what I use and consider it to be the best all-in-one.
AI: I will be recommending working with Claude or a similar LLM for some of the exercises. You can do them without an AI-tool, but leveraging AI for pattern recognition, summarization and some content generation (with a lot of human editing) are practices taught within the course.
