THE PROBLEM
Zoe had an outdated WordPress website that had some ad hoc additions made to it over the years. She found that it wasn’t effectively guiding people to her varied services. Zoe also provided services in different physical locations, as well as retreats in different international locations, and online coaching services. We needed to find a way to make the website easier to navigate, and to also implement a better lead capture system with email marketing while updating the design for a more contemporary feel.
THE SOLUTION
I was able to work within the framework of the original website to update the branding and create cleaner page structures. I also updated the main navigation for better ease of use, and we added new pages to better break down her different offers. Following the initial website re-launch, I worked with Zoe to introduce some online courses and streamline the sales process for her retreats.
