Spam is the WORST.

I was actually going to take this month off from tech posts (not that my 1X/month schedule is that taxing – more on what’s coming in 2021 in a separate post!), but then, I logged into my site to find a TON of spam comments to delete after I just cleared a bunch the other day.

Enough is enough!

If you’re suffering from spam comments or bot sign ups, you have a few options. There are paid services that you can use, but a great (and FREE!) first line of defense is Google ReCaptcha.

Here is the easy way to install it in your site:
