Prospective Client Packet
This is a great template for coaches. This was a trick I learned back when I was a health coach – if you share a prospective client packet before your exploration call, you can help build excitement and deliver all the details so that you can spend the call talking about your prospective (and now more likely actual) client.
2015: Health coaching & horses
While I enrolled purely for information about health, it was actually the Institute of Integrative Nutrition that turned me onto the idea that I could actually work for myself. I launched a health coaching business and re-connected with an old passion by working with my high school equestrian program part-time. I made my own health coaching website and started making websites for other coaches too.
2025: 6-Figure Sweet Spot
I’ve been fortunate to be able to grow my business alongside the businesses of my clients. Over the past 10 years I’ve had a front row seat and a hand in helping many of my clients grow their businesses to beyond 6-figures, learning what works and what doesn’t along the way — and most of all that an individualized approach is key to long term success online!
And now in 2026, I’ve launched Narrative Website Design & Digital Marketing to house my 1:1 services, and have grown the DIY resources, courses and signature program at Guided Online Business.
2014: Burnt the F out in NYC
Like many of you, I started working for myself because I was suffering from burnout. at the time I was working at the United Nations while pursuing a Masters degree and was paying way too much for a New York City apartment I spent about 2 waking hours a day in. while the work was meaningful, I knew my current trajectory was definitely not sustainable.
2020: Parenthood, the pandemic + pivots
By the time the pandemic hit in 2020, I was doing just as much website and digital marketing work as I was health coaching. While my health coaching business was successful, I found that I had to make some choices when the world shut down and I was trying to work while also raising my one-year-old daughter. I was able to sell the health coaching business and double down on the website and buiness strategy work just when everyone needed it the most.
