Over a decade ago, I started my own health coaching business and quickly discovered something most people launching online businesses eventually learn: the internet makes everything sound simple… until you’re actually trying to build your business there.

I did end up successfully growing my health coaching business Quit The Pill (sold in 2020), and during my health coaching years, I also started helping other coaches with their websites. 

Since 2016, I’ve spent years building websites and digital marketing systems for small businesses across industries, and I also met a number of entrepreneurs who didn’t necessarily need someone to do everything for them.

What they really needed was clear strategy, practical guidance, and the right systems so they could confidently run their business themselves.
